To Return Products you MUST first call our store to obtain an Return Authorization Number. The Toll Free Number is Toll Free: 888-732-2467. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outside of the Return Package.
All Sales Final on Shoes Ordered from the Specials Section or any item on Clearance. We still offer Free Shipping and no Sales Tax (FL excluded). If a return is made on a sale/clearance shoe an exchange will be offered or store credit given.

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your new shoes or apparel, The Next Step will exchange them for a different size. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your receipt and identify the replacement size.
To obtain a Refund. Once your Return Authorization Number is obtained all products must be returned in new condition and received at The Next Step within 30 days of your original receipt. Please enclose a copy of your receipt. The Refund will include the purchase price of the shoes but will however; exclude the cost of any Freight charges.
To make an exchange, please send the items back with a copy of the receipt. Please indicate which items The Next Step should replace with. You will be responsible for Freight charges when returning an item for exchange and The Next Step will pay for Freight Charges when shipping any items to you via UPS Ground.
All orders received before 2:00 will be processed that day according to our time zone (Eastern Standard Time Zone). Anything received after 2:00pm will be shipped the following day. Note: UPS does not ship over the week-end. If an order is placed after 2:00pm Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday, excluding holidays that fall on Monday. Free UPS Ground Shipping is provided by The Next Step on all orders Shipped within the continental United States (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii). The Next Step cannot ship:

Overnight Afternoon Delivery $25.00 for the first pair & $5.00 for each additional pair.
Overnight Morning Delivery $27.00 for the first pair & $5.00 for each additional pair.

If the shoe is in stock we ship it right away. If an 'out of stock' situation occurs, ordering the shoe in may take up to 5 days. Once received, the Free Ground Freight can take 3-5 days to reach your shipping destination depending on how far you are from Tampa, Florida. If you need quicker delivery, we offer 2-Day Air for $15.00 per pair of shoes or 1-Day Air for $15.00 per pair of shoes. Once your order ships you will receive an email detailing the Freight Tracking Numbers.
