I cannot seem to locate my size, what should I do?

What can I do if the shoe I order does not fit?

This can happen, but do not worry. First, contact us Toll Free: 888-732-2467 to determine if the correct size is available. If the shoe is in stock, we can put it aside for you. We will then provide you with an authorization code to simply ship the shoes back to us with a copy of your receipt and we will ship you the new size. If we're unable to locate the size you need and another suitable shoe will not do, then simply return the shoes for a full refund (less the shipping charges incurred). If the shoes do not fit, please do not wear them. Any shoe that is returned must be in new condition and returned within our 30-day return policy timeframe.

What can I do if the shoe I order does not fit?

How long should I expect to wait to receive my order?

If the shoe is in stock we ship it right away. If an 'out of stock' situation occurs, ordering the shoe in may take up to 5 days. Once received, the Free Ground Freight can take 3-5 days to reach your shipping destination depending on how far you are from Tampa, Florida. If you need quicker delivery, we offer 2-Day Air for $24.95 the first pair and $5.00 per each additional pair of shoes or 1-Day Air overnight afternoon delivery for $32.95 for the first pair and $12.50 per each additional pair of shoes. Once your order ships you will receive an email detailing the Freight Tracking Numbers.

How do I care for my NAOT’s?

NAOT shoes and sandals are extremely well made for durability. Still, good care will extend the life of your footwear, and provide you with a longer duration of walking pleasure. The following instructions will help you take better care of your new NAOT footwear:

• Keep shoes and sandals away from extreme temperatures.
• Keep them dry. If they become wet, wipe dry immediately, and allow the shoes or sandals to air-dry completely.
• If the suede or nubuk leathers become soiled, use the specially designed NAOT brush to remove debris.
• Try removing any minor stains with a mild soap. If the stain persists, consult a local leather repair expert for a professional cleaning product appropriate to the leather of the footwear. Test a small, unseen area before using any chemical cleanser on the entire shoe.
