Free UPS Ground

NextStepShoes.net will provide free UPS Ground for items shipped in the Contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and International destinations do not qualify for Free UPS Ground. Anything under 2 lbs will be shipped USPS.

Shipping Information

Orders will ship the same day if item is in stock. Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time Zone on a business day (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Time Zone will be shipped the next day. Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will be processed on Monday. If an item in your order is backordered then it takes an additional 3-5 business days, which we will contact you via email with the details.

Shipping Rates For Orders Shipping To The Contiguous United States

• UPS Ground FREE in the Contiguous US (see note below regarding Alaska, Hawaii and International) for all brands except New Balance. Anything under 2 lbs will be shipped USPS.
• 2nd Day Air $24.95 1st pair, $5 each additional pair (see note below regarding Alaska and Hawaii).
• Overnight Afternoon Delivery $37.95 1st pair, $5 each additional pair (see note below regarding Alaska and Hawaii).
• UPS 3 Day Select $15 1st pair, $5 each additional pair.
• 3 Day Priority Air to Alaska & Hawaii $5.95 per pair.
• International Orders are quoted on a per order basis.

3PM EST is our shipping cutoff time. If the shoe is in stock we ship it right away. If an 'out of stock' situation occurs, ordering the shoe in may take up to 5 days. Once received, the Free Ground Freight can take 3-5 days to reach your shipping destination depending on how far you are from Tampa, Florida. If you need quicker delivery, we offer 2-Day Air for $24.95 1st. pair and $5.00 for each additional pair of shoes or 1-Day Air for $37.95 (Afternoon delivery) for the 1st. pair and $5.00 for each additional pair. Once your order ships you will receive an email detailing the Freight Tracking Numbers.

** Hawaii & Alaska

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are charged $34.95 for UPS Second Day Air and $47.95 for UPS Overnight (Afternoon Delivery) plus an additional $15.00 per pair of shoes beyond the first pair in the order. We also offer a 3 Day Priority Air USPS Service to Alaska and Hawaii for $5.95, this is your best value.

UPS Ground

Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or International destinations cannot be shipped UPS Ground. Anything under 2 lbs will be shipped USPS.

UPS Second Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.

UPS Overnight Afternoon Delivery

UPS Next Day Air Saver offers an affordable delivery option for those important shipments that require next-business-day delivery, but don't have to be there in the morning. We guarantee delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or noon, respectively. Residential deliveries to UPS Next Day Air Saver destinations receive delivery by end of day. This service is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day.
